ABOUT JOHN
John Krmpotic, founder of Kuna Enterprises Ltd., has been in business since 1989, with a rich history of building experience on two continents North America and Europe. It started off by doing multi family projects, with the majority of the projects covering the lower mainland of Vancouver BC, to Whistler and Nanaimo on Vancouver Island to as far away as Zagreb, Croatia.
It wasn’t till John came back from Zagreb, Croatia that he found that his true passion in building was custom homes, building on home at a time to capture his true design niche. Since going into custom homes he has built in Coquitlam, Burnaby and also in the prestigious British Properties of West Vancouver.
ABOUT ELVIRA
Elvira joined the company in 2015 after finishing her interior design diploma at Interior Design Institute Vancouver and is a certified staging professional CSP. European born and Inspired by her love for fashion and design, Elvira has the capability to interpret a diverse range of design styles and truly has while fun while doing it.
At Kuna Enterprises, we believe in exceeding our clients’ expectations. We all share a profound love for design and continuously push the bar to create interiors that inspire. We strive to create tasteful interiors that inspires others – timeless and unique for each custom home we design.

To build a custom home you must be more than just a builder, it’s not just about building rather much more. You have to first of all love and have the passion for what you do, be a builder to understand how it all comes together, a dreamer to see the vision, an artist to make the dream come true.
Building custom homes is about learning from our past experiences, the willingness to accept new ideas, building in the moment while planning for the future. So the next generation will look upon us for years to come and take it to the next level, as I have learned from the generation before, being a second generation European builder.
